Punishment for public nuisance in cases not otherwise provided for Whoever commits a public nuisance in any case not otherwise punishable by this Code, shall be punished with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees. જાહેર ઉપદ્રવ માટે સજા અન્યથા પૂરી પાડવામાં આવેલ નથી આ સંહિતા દ્વારા અન્યથા શિક્ષાપાત્ર ન હોય તેવા કોઈપણ સંજોગોમાં જે કોઈ જાહેર ઉપદ્રવ કરે છે, તેને બેસો રૂપિયા સુધીના દંડ સાથે શિક્ષા કરવામાં આવશે. [પ્રકરણ 14: જાહેર આરોગ્ય, સલામતી, સગવડતા, શિષ્ટાચાર અને નૈતિકતાને અસર કરતા ગુનાઓ]

Example: A person who commits a public nuisance in any case not otherwise punishable by this Code, may be punished with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees. In a real FIR or trial, investigators must show that the facts match the ingredients of the offence (intent, act, and other elements as applicable) under Section 290.
